5. Life has always been challenging, I started raising myself at the age of 5, due to my mothers
mental illness, I have major scoliosis and 12 level spinal fusion at age 12, I have survived 5
major car accidents & despite all things I have never lost faith that God has an amazing plan for
my life. I use my testimony to bless others.
6. I started my education in medicine in 1996 starting at MedPrep Sheridan Vocational school,
Followed by Arapaho Community College, Human Genome Project Denver University,
Colorado University Bachelor of Science. My Studies included Human Genetics, Biology/
Chemistry, Kinesiology & Health Care Administration. After leaving conventional western
medical field my studies have included Nutrition, Food Allergies, Immune System Functions,
Spinal stability , Yoga, Pilates, Laser Therapies, Quantum Physics, Frequency healing,
Herbalism, Aroma Therapy, Cannabis Therapeutics, Flower Essences, Mind/Body Connection.
My current titles are Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, Holy Reiki Practitioner, Herbalist &
CBD product manufacturer Since 2017.

8. I chose to open my Healing Center & Herbal Apothecary in Sun City West because many of
the residence are at a time in their lives when they should be enjoying the fruits of their labor &
living their best life. I offer support to those looking to feel their best Physically, Emotionally,
Mentally, Spiritually and Energetically. I am also here for The residents who are tired of being
sick and tired. There is hope for the future and I am here as a friend and healer for those who
need help.
9. I was an Allopathic Healthcare Medical Assistant: 1999-2009 specialties include orthopedic
surgery, gastroenterology and hepatology. I was injured in a car accident in 2009 that disabled
me from working for over 5 years. Instead of 4 spinal fusions, injections, pain pills & doctors
making life altering decisions on my behalf. I started researching natural holistic healthcare and
everything that worked for me I invested in it creating a self care clinic in my home. This is
where I educated myself and worked on creating an environment for healing. I emerged a new
creation, not perfect but functioning, essentially overcoming fibromyalgia, 96 food allergies,
endocrine failure, collapsing spine, sciatica, Traumatic brain injury and anxiety. Thrive Healing
Center was created out of my pain and now I am passionate about offering hope to others
looking for relief.
10. Our main goal is to be a support system for all of the people in our neighborhood, that are
sick and in pain.

passionate about supporting the residence enjoy this beautiful paradise by feeling their best
and learning how to take the best care of themselves possible.
15. I am from Englewood, Colorado and I was tired of snow, high property taxes and fake CBD
on every corner! (Unfortunately the fake CBD is everywhere)
16. I have a large family that are 5th generation natives to Colorado, but my immediate family is
small. I have 6 year old twins Tory & Manny (Girl/Boy) They just graduated from Kindergarten.
My oldest daughter, Jayda is 18 and just graduated from High School class of 22’! She is also
my assistant and herbalist in training. I am a divorced single mom & doing my best to stay
strong and healthy so I can provide for my kids.
17. I enjoy traveling, painting, dancing, photography & wild forging for herbs in my personal
time. I also love swimming in my private pool and sun gazing.
18. I have always been inspired by Hippocrates, he was all about self-care and being your best
physician.
