Assisting Hands Home Care

There isn’t a better place than Sun City and the surrounding areas to help seniors receive the care they need. We offer quality in-home care to clients who want to stay in their own home or living facility. We are partnering with the Parkinson’s Foundation to provide extra training to all our caregivers along with other classes that are required by our office. We only hire people we would put in our own families’ homes and enjoy helping families who are not local set up care for their loved ones here locally. I would love to see more programs that get seniors out in the local community and socializing. As a result we are always looking at different ways to promote this from our office. I’m excited about the future of our office as we continue to expand with quality, not quantity, so that we can help more and more seniors in our area. So many seniors are without quality care they need and there isn’t a better place than Sun City and the surrounding areas to help seniors receive the care they need.

I’m originally from Upstate New York and currently live in Glendale. Before I started Assisting Hands Home Care, I spent 16 years in business management which included managing restaurant franchises in the Northeast and project management for multimillion-dollar utility companies. I also spent time with in the Idaho Law Enforcement for 12yrs as a Sheriff’s deputy and as a K-9 handler for 9yrs. I enjoy doing anything outdoors and currently enjoy soccer, hiking, hunting and obstacle course races. I have two daughters who are 21 and 23, they live in Idaho and North Carolina. They are out conquering the world and making memories.

The person that has inspired me the most in my life is my mother. She has inspired two of my businesses. The first being a training company that focuses on women’s self-defense and awareness and the second is my current business, Assisting Hands Home Care. As a single mother she always made sure my brother, sister and I had everything she could give us working two or more jobs to make it happen.
