Happily married with beautiful twin adult daughters and an adorable grandson, Mindy brings a personal touch to her notary services, guided by her Catholic faith and commitment to caring for others.

Armed with a B.S. in psychology from NAU, Mindy has owned businesses for 28 years. She embraced the world of notary services and mortgage signings in early 2016, emphasizing the importance of Health Care Power of Attorney and Mental Health Care Power of Attorney. Mindy, who is insured for all notary work, is passionate about educating people on the significance of having their Power of Attorney documents in place.

In addition to her role as a signing agent, Mindy loves working with seniors and ensures they understand the documents they sign, especially powers of attorney. With annual background checks, Mindy’s commitment to integrity is evident, and she actively advocates against scams and exploitation of seniors.

Mindy’s journey into notary services started as a means to cope with medical bills following a family accident. Her dedication to the Catholic Church, coupled with a passion for healthy living through nutrition and lifestyle, defines her personal philosophy.

Away from work, Mindy and her husband indulge in their love for camping, hiking, kayaking, and embracing nature. She also finds joy in creative pursuits such as sewing, embodying a well-rounded and dedicated individual committed to both her profession and personal values.
